Thanks to its five-colour Heidelberg CD74 and the eight-colour Heidelberg XL, St-Luc can offer both traditional offset as well as full UV offset. Moreover, St-Luc is able to offer all high-end finishes for box cardboard packaging.

UV-Letterpress is the perfect technology for printing labels.

From small to medium-large runs, on self-adhesive or non-self-adhesive material, from simple to extremely complicated – in terms of printing – labels. St-Luc has seven Gallus letterpress printing presses that can print between two and eight colours.

The extensive letterpress options open to St-Luc makes the company unique:

• small and large runs

• paper, PP and PE, varying qualities of adhesive
• coatings and finishes (matte, glossy, spot UV varnish), optimal colour stability
• can all be combined with screen printing or plastic sheet printing

UV-flexographic printing provides optimal and extremely fine printing quality on self-adhesive material, OPP plastic and shrink wrap.

St-Luc has the ability to combine flexo with a variety of other printing techniques as well as with high-end finishing. Moreover, the flexographic machinery is perfect for larger print runs, thanks to its wide application, which means that the customer will always leave satisfied.

St-Luc offers, thanks to the two servo-driven wide web RCS presses, a wide range of possibilities:

Rotary screen printing is integrated within the letterpress and flexography processes. This means that every label can, for every print run, be printed using a screen print application.

Screen printing can be done for paper and plastic labels, as well as on OPP plastic and shrink wrap.

It is determined, in consultation with the customer, whether screen printing is required for a specific label, so that the final result fulfils expectations.

Foil printing can be combined with any printing technique. A specific foil application is chosen together with the client, which will give your packaging a completely unique look.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to foil:

• hotfoil: a unique finish for your packaging
• coldfoil: a number of additional possibilities, also suitable for smaller runs
• metallic foil: silver gold or another metallic colour
• holographic foil: emphasises the visual aspect by adding an extra dimension
