Self-adhesive labels

St-Luc specialises in self-adhesive labels on a roll – from 0 up to 10 colours. The diversity our machinery offers means we can do extremely small print runs all the way through to major ones, from very simple to extraordinarily complex designs.

The widest variety of printing techniques are combined to be able to offer a personalised response to every packaging request – letterpress, flexography, screen printing, plastic printing, special finishing techniques... We will apply the technique required to create a fitting and original concept for your label.

Product labels determine the ‘look’ of your product

A product label on the front of your packaging determines the ‘look’ and the image of your product. Truthful photos, clear-cut text and logos – St-Luc has the know-how to create every label you could dream of,

  • up to ten colours
  • a combination of letterpress, flexo or screen printing
  • recto-verso
  • a variety of coatings and finishes
  • hotfoil, coldfoil, lamination
  • special refinements – numbering, braille, safety or edible inks...

Backing labels

Backing labels are simple labels on which information can be provided about a certain product. These labels tend to contain technical information, such as ingredients, instructions for use and the product barcode. They are primarily printed in one, two or three colours.

Thanks to our varied machinery, St-Luc can guarantee an excellent price-quality ratio for both large and small runs.

Blank labels

St-Luc is capable of handling both large and small print runs in a variety of paper types, PE and PP. Various adhesives can be employed, from an easily removable type all the way through to extra-strong deepfreeze adhesive.

Blank labels can be delivered in a very short time frame, in all sizes, completely customised and at the request of the customer. We’re happy to see whether there’s a mould to suit you, so that we can offer you a very competitive price-quality ratio.

No-label look: trendy packaging!

No-label look labels are labels created from a variety of ultra-transparent materials.

No-label look is a trend for beauty products, foodstuffs and drink packaging. The versatility with respect to applications lies behind this. Transparent material is the perfect solution when it comes to have a recognisable look for a wide range of bottles, while it also offers the opportunity to make the product itself quasi-visible.

The latest trend is the see-through packaging, where transparent materials and products mean you can look straight through the packaging. A second label on the rear side of the product determines its look.

On-pack discount coupons

A discount coupon with a perforated strip is a label where a part can be easily removed. The most marketable use of the on-pack discount coupon is for department stores. The barcode is printed on the reverse side of the removable part, which means that the discount can be quickly and easily processed at the check-out counter. And on the front side there’s plenty of room to announce the discount to the consumer in eye-catching colours! Discount coupons are available in a variety of shapes, colours and sizes.

You can also have a perforated coupon with one part transparent – once it is torn off, the discount coupon is no longer visible on the packaging – perfect for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.

The Booklet: the most complete communication device in labelling!

Include a recipe booklet, further information regarding a competition or your product, a reply coupon – anything is possible when you use a booklet! A booklet means you have sufficient space in which to communicate with the consumer.

A booklet is a transparent film folded double, in which the booklet is fastened. The booklet can be reclosed and normally consists of three to four sections.

So a booklet offers the greatest amount of space for communicating when it comes to the restricted space your packaging allows. Booklets are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, and are customised to the customer’s needs.

The Sandwich label: three times the space for product information!

The Sandwich label: three times the space for product information!
A sandwich label, also known as a duo label, allows for up to three pages to be printed. A sandwich label means that you have three times the available space – and the front page can be easily printed in colour, which means the design can flow smoothly into the packaging. Moreover, a sandwich label can be closed again.

Include a recipe, product recipe, competition rules ... the sandwich label may just be the perfect solution!

Sandwich labels are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, customised for the customer.

Dry Peel labels

drypeelSt-Luc is fully equipped to produce dry peel labels, with direct reduction vouchers and answering coupons as its main applications.

In this new duo-label application, the front part can be removed entirely. Once it has been removed from the basic label, the front label cannot be stuck back, unlike other vouchers. So, reduction vouchers collected at the cash register will not stick to each other and thus can be handled easily.

The basic label can be transparent and will not be visible anymore on the packaging once it has been removed. Of course, the basic label can just as easily be printed with information that has to remain on the packaging.
