St-Luc focuses on printing and finishing product packaging in box carton, both small and large runs. St-Luc has a variety of presses, the latest addition being an eight-colour Heidelberg XL. Our unique configuration gives St-Luc the capability to undertake print packaging in both traditional offset and UV offset. Just as with self-adhesive labels, St-Luc has multiple in-house stamping machines and adhesive lines, enabling us to be in full control of not only the printing, but the finishing too. This knowledge, stretching across the entire production process, enables us to go to extremes in terms of both printing and design. Thanks to the integrated production process, St-Luc can create a wide variety of packaging material: - boxes
- sleeves
- displays
- pochettes
- designer packaging for bottles, chocolates
- and much, much more.
St-Luc is able to offer a wide variety of packaging refinements, such as: - coatings and finishes, spot UV varnish, matte, glossy
- foil printing
- embossing/debossing
- lamination
- unique numbering
- automatic adhesion for printed or unprinted windows
- stamping and gluing outer boxes, sleeves, bottle-neck advertising hangers, displays, inserts
- simple and complex shapes (automatic bottom-setting, four- or six-point gluing).
You can find more information and technical specifications for offset, UV offset, stamping, gluing and special refinement and finishing techniques for box cardboard packaging under ‘techniques’.
